By accessing, enrolling, or participating in any KAFA program, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• If enrolling a minor, you accept these Terms on their behalf and assume full responsibility
• You consent to KAFA's internal policies including safety, conduct, and data handling

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Participants must belong to designated age groups (U10, U14, U18, or adult categories)
• Must be physically and mentally fit for football training
• For minors: Duly signed parental consent is mandatory
• Valid identification and age verification documents required

Medical Declaration: Participants must disclose pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or injuries. KAFA reserves the right to require fitness certificates. Participants should maintain valid medical insurance coverage.

Right of Admission: KAFA reserves absolute right of admission and may refuse or revoke enrollment for safety concerns, disciplinary history, or non-compliance.

Expected Behavior:

• Adhere strictly to instructions from coaches and staff
• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
• Wear prescribed training gear and maintain hygiene
• Zero tolerance for offensive language, bullying, harassment, or violence
• Respect KAFA property and facilities

Substance Prohibition: Possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or banned substances is strictly prohibited.

Disciplinary Measures: Violations may result in verbal/written warnings, temporary suspension, permanent expulsion, or reporting to authorities. All decisions are final and binding.

All intellectual property - including name, logo, website content, images, videos, and training materials - are the sole property of KAFA, protected under Indian law.

Photography & Media: By enrolling, participants consent to being photographed or recorded during sessions and events. KAFA may use such media for promotional purposes without compensation. Written objection must be submitted prior to participation if consent is not provided.

User Content: Any content you submit grants KAFA a perpetual, royalty-free license to use for promotional purposes.

Risk Acknowledgment: Participation in football training inherently involves risks including physical exertion, injury, or accidents. By enrolling, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that KAFA provides trained coaches and standard facilities but cannot guarantee absolute protection from injuries. Participation is undertaken at your own risk.

Liability Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAFA shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation. KAFA does not assume liability for theft or loss of personal belongings.

Participants are strongly encouraged to maintain valid personal or health insurance covering sports-related injuries.

All fees must be paid in full by specified due dates. Late payments may result in suspension from training sessions. KAFA reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice.

Users must:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information
• Refrain from unauthorized access or malicious activities
• Maintain security of login credentials and account information
