Refund Policy

The following Refund Policy governs all financial transactions, payments, fees, or charges made by users to Kalra Academy for Football Advancements Pvt. Ltd. (KAFA) for services, programs, or products offered through the KAFA website, including but not limited to football academy enrollment, training programs, workshops, merchandise, events, or any other offerings.

1. No Refunds

1.1 Absolute Non-Refundability

All payments made to KAFA, whether for registration, training programs, workshops, academy fees, events, or merchandise, are strictly non-refundable. This includes situations where:

  • You choose to discontinue participation in any program
  • You are unable to attend sessions due to personal reasons, illness, travel constraints, or scheduling conflicts
  • Services are interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, or operational changes by KAFA
  • Any dissatisfaction arises regarding the quality, nature, or delivery of the services

1.2 Binding Agreement

By submitting payment, you enter into a legally binding agreement with KAFA acknowledging that all fees are final, and you explicitly agree that no refund or reimbursement will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Payment Confirmation

2.1 Receipt of Payment

All payments are considered final upon successful processing. Confirmation of payment will be sent via email or through the Platform.

2.2 Acknowledgment of Policy

The act of completing any payment transaction constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of this No Refund Policy, and you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms herein.

3. Special Circumstances

3.1 Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond KAFA's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other emergency events (Force Majeure Events), KAFA is not obligated to issue any refunds, regardless of cancellations, rescheduling, or disruptions to services or programs.

3.2 Program Modifications

KAFA reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or substitute programs, sessions, or events at its discretion. Users acknowledge that such modifications do not entitle them to a refund.

4. Payment Errors and Technical Issues

4.1 Technical Errors

Any errors, duplicate charges, or failed transactions caused by the User's payment methods, bank processing, internet issues, or device problems do not entitle the User to a refund. Users are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details and proper completion of transactions.

4.2 Bank or Payment Gateway Disputes

Disputes raised with banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions concerning payments made to KAFA will not result in any refund, unless explicitly required by law. Users are encouraged to resolve such issues directly with their payment service providers.

5. Third-Party Services

KAFA may collaborate with third-party service providers for training, merchandise, events, or online features. Any fees or charges related to third-party services remain non-refundable, even if the third-party provider fails to deliver services or modifies their offerings.

6. Exceptions

6.1 Legal Requirement

The only exception to this Policy is if applicable law mandates a refund under certain circumstances. Even in such cases, the refund will be processed only in compliance with legal requirements and after verification of eligibility by KAFA.

6.2 Company Discretion

In rare cases, KAFA may, at its sole discretion, provide compensation or credit toward future services. However, this is not a right and shall not be construed as a precedent for refunds or reimbursement.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from payment, enrollment, or service delivery, including claims for refunds, must be submitted to KAFA in writing. Users acknowledge that pursuing a refund claim outside this Policy is strictly prohibited, except where legally mandated.

8. Acknowledgment

By making a payment to KAFA for any service, program, or product, you:

  • Explicitly acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy
  • Waive any right to claim a full or partial refund
  • Understand that payments are final and binding
  • Accept that this Policy applies to all aspects of the Platform, including programs for children, after parental consent is obtained
